Lots of our learners asked interesting questions about the learning process that had taken place. There were projects about how we find art in maths, saying no to drugs and the value of family. It was great to see how these learners had really gone on a journey of exploration. Their projects were completely self-produced so many of the learners shared how it was a challenge to become so self disciplined in managing their tasks.
This week in maths we have been making links with our Learning Journey unit Out of Africa and using negative numbers to order time periods from the past. Using a timeline, we have applied our knowledge of number to solve a range of problems that involved this skill.
