Wow! We have had a busy but AMAZING week!
Our focus for Creative Arts Celebrations was 'A Sustainable World'. We have learned so much new knowledge this week we think our brains might just explode! We started learning about the damaging effects of pollution to our environment; we were shocked to learn about all the people and creatures that suffer because of our waste! We now know that some of our waste is biodegradable but some of it isn't; this means if we throw it away it will be on our planet forever! This led us to discuss what we could do about the waste problem in our environment. We were amazing thinkers and came up with so many fantastic ideas! Why don't you ask us about our ideas, maybe we can come up with some more ideas with you at home! True to Creative Arts Celebration, we became very arty! We used lots of waste items and turned them into useful products and works of art! All of our creations are going to be put to good use in our new secret garden! We have transformed the space between 1R and 1N. It is now a pleasant, usable and exciting place to be and a stimulating place to learn! We are very proud of our efforts and proud that we created this space using junk! I hope we have become an inspiration to you all!
